A Resounding YES!

A Resounding YES! 〰️

You can use your anxiety and kiss-ass skills to help transform you life!

You have a drive, a passion that gives you energy and directed attention that keeps you laser-focused on what matters to you. You’ve worked hard in many areas of your life, especially in your career, and faced many adversities. You may have worked harder than others, had to play the gender game, and tolerated a bunch of nonsense that you didn’t want to entertain. You might even have had to hold the bitch or aggression label for a while to make yourself known or get the recognition you deserve. Your journey has not been easy, and you’re a resilient force of nature that needs to be respected.

You’ve worked hard to be where you are.

Yes, you’re heroin, you took back your power, and changed your life circumstances. Standing in your power is hard to do in a culture that wants you to obey, acquiesce, and follow arbitrary rules. You’ve taken a stand to achieve, keep improving, and make strides for yourself. High achieving women with anxiety often are rule breakers and can move past the hurt and use their experience to guide and teach them. You’re all truly unique women, and I want to thank you for what you do. I love and specialize in working with high-achieving women who struggle with anxiety and low self-esteem to stop caring about what others think, do things perfectly, feel exhausted, and begin to feel confident, calm, relaxed, and engage in the activities that bring you more joy. Of course, you’re a kick-ass person who knows how to get stuff done, and you’ve managed many things. There is no doubt about your capabilities for sure. I want to celebrate that with you. But sometimes, even though you have a success, bounce back mentality, you may feel quietly insecure and care a little too much about what others will think if you do what you want in your life!

You’re the heroin of your story.

You’ve paved a way for yourself.

I help you align that kick-ass energy and skills to cultivate a life that is aligned with your heart's desires, whether that be more time with your kids, taking that art class, taking that solo trip abroad, slowing down to enjoy life, or learning to say no to more obligation and duties. You deserve a whole life where you are more than what you produce!

5 Reasons Why High-Achieving Women with Anxiety will Rule the World:

  1. Drive: You got the drive and laser focus that cuts through any bull$%$@. That drive fuels your energy to keep moving forward and taking the next step. You can focus on the task at hand and don’t get sidetracked by drama. This drive can help transform our world into something beautiful.

  2. Understands relationships: High achieving women understand how to be in relationships with others to focus on a bigger goal. You have the emotional intelligence to understand what your business partner needs or what your team wants. Understanding relationships is a massive asset in connecting with others, and that’s required when you rule the world.

  3. Resilience: You are the jack in the box, and as you get highly wound, you jump back out and do it again. You can bounce back from a setback, see the learning opportunity, and find a way to get your focus back. Your jack-in-box skills will help you run the world because you bounce back and come out even better on the other side.

  4. You’re on a mission: Your drive is accompanied by an intense task you’re still figuring out, but you feel that you need to do something and do it with excellence. And having a clear mission can help the world heal!

  5. You Care: Ultimately, you care about how something turns out, whether that be a work project, at home with your kids, or any creative endeavor. You’re what the world needs right now, and you’ve been preparing to run the world by facing all of your adversities.

Let’s recap high achieving women with anxiety can rule the world for many years now. You’re the women holding together teams, making strides at work, tending to your kids at home, ensuring others are doing what they need, and holding together many projects. You don’t have to do it all alone or by yourself. You got the mad skills, and sometimes burnout and feeling insecure creep up on you. You keep the insecure feelings quiet and under the radar, but you know those feelings are there.

I’d love to support you in your journey. I work with women who are tired of making themselves feel small in their relationships, care too much about what others think, putting others' needs above their own, not feeling seen and heard who want to confidently express their needs, and do not care about what others think so they’re looking for a therapist who values authenticity, compassion and being honest.
